A cheesy good time
STUDENTS at Timboon P-12 tried their hands at cheesemaking under the diligent adjudication of one of the state’s most renowned.
Simon Schulz and Hila Perry from Schultz Organic Dairy joined Timboon P-12 Year Eight students to help guide them through the world of cheesemaking as part of the recent Cheese Appreciation Night.
