Fowler wins at Mortlake

JACK Fowler finished on 37 points to take out last Saturday’s stableford event at the Mortlake Golf Club.

Fowler finished ahead of runner-up Richard van Diemen (17) 35 points.

Nearest the pins: 3/12 Kevin Etherton, 6/15 Dougal Ranke and 9/18 Wes Wareham.

Balls down the line went to Rob Field, David Hubbard and Dougal Ranken.

Last Friday’s nine-hole twilight was won by Garry Whitehead 13-45-32 followed by Peter Palmer 5-38-33.

Nearest the pin on the 9th was Garry Whitehead.

This week will be stableford multiplication.
