The fundraiser was held last Saturday and Sunday, with a total of $274 raised over the two days.

Camperdown Girl Guides leader Glenda McIlveen said the guides were happy with the fundraising total.

“It was very well supported by the community,” she said.

“We’re going to be selling for at least the next three Saturdays down the street – depending on the weather and the daffodil availability.

“We’re still using the money from the fundraisers to do some small upgrades on the hall.

“We’d like to thank the community for their support.”

While dates are yet to be confirmed, residents are encouraged to keep an eye out for the daffodil stall in front of the Camperdown Newsagency.
