Hole-in-one for Dawson

ROB Field finished on 12-84-72 to take out the stroke/monthly medal Privilege Cup at Mortlake Golf Club last weekend.

Rob took out the event on countback from runner-up Hamish Weatherly 3-75-72 on countback from third-placed Jack Fowler 18-80-72.

Nearest the pins: 3/12 Peter Palmer, 6/15 Hamish Weatherly and 9/18 Steve Hubbard.

Balls down the line went to Jack Fowler, Peter Palmer, Jordan Wareham and Aaron Davies on countback.

Friday’s final round of the nine-hole twilight competition was won by Richard van Diemen on 10-43-33 from runner-up Merv Hampson 15-49-34.

Nearest the pin on the 9th was Les Dawson with a hole-in-one.
