Terang bowls ~ Mixed results for pennant teams
TERANG Bowling Club's pennant teams had mixed results last weekend.
The division two side had a good win to retain fourth position on the ladder on Saturday but with one round remaining may need to win on Saturday to clinch a finals spot.
Terang Red lost some ground last week but with a nine-point lead over their nearest rivals can hopefully hold on to fourth spot.
In division three Terang White suffered a loss which saw them drop to second but they are assured of a final four berth.
Division two saw Terang Blue 65 defeat Mortlake White 43.

Division three Terang Red 32 lost to City Green 75.
N. Uebergang 14 lost to P. Burleigh 6, P. Templeton 10 lost to G. Munro 22, P. Reid 8 lost to R. Chapman 27.
Division five Terang White 32 lost to Dennington Thunder 51.
R. Bond 15 lost to K. Douglas 25, A. Bell 16 lost to A. Bell 26.
This was the final round for the season for Tuesday pennant.
Unfortunately all Terang teams are out of finals contention although Terang Blue and White both finished well, defeating teams above them on the ladder.

Division two Terang Red 42 lost to Koroit Purple 73.
