Victory for Margie Driscoll
TERANG golfer Margie Driscoll took out the monthly medal and ladies competition last week.
Driscoll finished on 96-23-73 and was followed by runner-up Jenny Meade 90-16-74 on countback from Marion Venn 88-14-74.
The men’s winner was Colin Venn on 99-22-77 while Liam Venn was the runner up on 88-10-78.
Balls down the line: Marion Venn nett 74, Jo Arundell 79, Billy Wood 79 on a countback from Terry Beasley.
Nearest the pins: 3rd Margie Driscoll, 9th from off the green Bruce McLennon, 11th Liam Venn.
The winner of the putting was Cate Glennon with 30 putts.
The nine-hole competition was won by Linda Kenna with nett 46 on a countback from Danny Kenna.
