Vow to scrap the tax as rates rise bites

MEMBER for Lowan Emma Kealy has reaffirmed the Coalition commitment to scrap the Emergency Services and Volunteers Fund (ESVF) levy as residents begin opening their council rates notices and feeling the pinch.
