What a show!
BUSTLING crowds, perfect weather and an expansion of trade stalls and attractions has seen the 2025 Noorat Show hailed as one of the best in the event’s history.

The sun shone over the region as crowds flocked to the beloved annual event to enjoy a celebration of agriculture.
Noorat Show president Rob Onley said the event ran as smooth as he could have asked for, with a crowd in excess of 10,000 believed to have been record-setting for the committee.
“We’re pretty excited by the turnout and we were blessed by the weather,” he said.
“It made for a good day so everyone got out.
“The crowd was spread out this year – we noticed people coming through the gate even well after lunch time.
“This year we had expanded with probably 20 per cent more trade sites on the ground, which probably was more just a result of organic growth.
“We had more carnival rides which, again, was not our doing but they did well last year and clearly wanted to return.”
Mr Onley said it was a proud achievement for those who work tirelessly to ensure show day remains amongst the most anticipated on calendars across the south west, with visitors flocking to Noorat from far and wide – and glowing reviews flooding in post-show.
“It’s humbling and I think I speak for the committee when I say there’s an immense sense of pride when people are pleased with what we pull off,” he said.
“There’s a big effort by everyone to make it happen, people take a lot of pride in their sections and I think for the wider community to show up and support it validates why we do it.”
